The Menu

Grown on the farm.
Poured at the truck.

Every cup pulled here starts as a coffee cherry on our family farm in Ecuador. Small batch roasted. Brewed the way the bean asks to be brewed.

How we pour

Single origin, single-minded.

We don't pretend to be a fifty-drink shop. We grow the beans, we roast them small batch, and we pull a tight menu of espresso classics and a few signature drinks the regulars come back for. If you're not sure, ask whoever's pouring.

Farm direct
Beans from our farm in Ecuador, not a distributor.
Roasted small batch
So every cup tastes like the harvest, not the warehouse.
Poured in Austin
Catch us downtown or on West 23rd.
01 · The classics

Espresso bar

Espresso

A short, double-shot pull. The fastest way to taste what our farm tastes like.

Cortado

Espresso cut with an equal measure of warm milk. Balanced, not foamy.

Cappuccino

Espresso, steamed milk, and a thick layer of microfoam. The way they meant it.

Latte

Espresso with silky steamed milk. The everyday cup, done right.

Americano

Espresso pulled over hot water. Lets the origin notes do the talking.

Macchiato

Espresso "stained" with just a dollop of milk foam. Tiny, intense, perfect.

02 · House signatures

The Russian

Our most-requested signature. "I tried the Russian and it speaks for itself," wrote one regular on Google. We won't spoil it here. Order it once, you'll order it again.

Pour over coffee
Origin forward

Single-origin pour-over

A slow brew from a single lot of our Ecuador farm. Lets you taste the elevation, the soil, and the hands that picked it. Brewed to order.

Cold brew
Texas summer fix

Iced & cold brew

Slow-steeped overnight and poured over ice. Smooth, low-acid, ready for whatever Austin's about to do to you outside.

03 · Customize it

Milks & mods

Whole milk
Standard pour.
Oat
Steams thick, plays well with our roast.

04 · Take some home

Whole bean retail

Bags of Trippy Buck whole bean coffee
Farm to your kitchen

Enjoy Trippy Buck at home.

The same beans we pull at the truck, bagged whole and ready for your grinder. Roasted small batch and shipped fresh. One regular calls it "the best coffee I've had in years." We don't disagree.
